Task Notice (also referred to as "we" and "our" in this agreement) operates TaskNotice.com, which is a web-based Intranet and collaboration interface that allows members to work together. Our services includes, amongst others, providing members with an interface that helps them manage people, tasks, messages, private mail, reminders, whiteboards, teamwork, projects, contacts, documents, information & communication online. Our service platform is hosted in the United States.

By visiting TaskNotice.com or by using our member services, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement. You are responsible for all content posted under your login account. The same holds true for any activities undertaken under your login account. Task Notice does not monitor, regulate or view content posted by our members unless a member has reported a fault or bug and we have to login to recreate the scenario in that account.

It's your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws of your state or country, including any applicable foreign laws relating to your use of our service including posting of content. Task Notice does not claim any property or ownership rights to content you provide. Each login account can only be used by one member to access that account. You agree not to share your username and password with other people. Task Notice is not responsible for maintaining the security of your login email and password. We assume no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from your account login details being compromised. Task Notice may discontinue your service at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any organization for any reason at any time.

Task Notice has taken all appropriate steps to ensure you get a secure and reliable interface but all services are provided without any guarantees to security and reliability. We do not guarantee any up-time performance figure so cannot guarantee that your access to our services will be free from interruptions. You agree not to hold Task Notice or any of its employees liable for any losses resulting from an interruption of service. ClickBank.com is the reseller of subscriptions for Task Notice. You can read their policies here. Task Notice will not be responsible for the loss of your content if your account is canceled due to subscription payment failure. It is your responsibility to ensure your credit card details remain valid so monthly subscription payments can be processed by ClickBank.com.

Members are not allowed to purchase subscriptions using their own affiliate link. We have an accurate way to tracking and matching all sales to affiliate sales. Those accounts found violating this rule will be deleted without warning. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE.
